After payment, you can always see your next renewal date on the Billing page.

How to cancel

Cancel anytime via “Manage subscription & payment method” on the Billing page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then, auto-renewal stops, and no further charges are made.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of payment. Contact us via the contact form. After 14 days, refunds or prorated refunds are not available.

If payment fails

We’ll email you and you can complete payment again within a 90-day grace period. Your data is kept during this time.

Data after cancellation

After cancellation, message data is kept for 180 days, then permanently deleted. We recommend exporting first.

Delivery conditions

Messages that meet the delivery conditions while your subscription is active and within the data retention period are eligible for delivery. They are not sent after cancellation or after your data has been deleted.

Multiple confirmation stages

Check-ins on Day 0 / 3 / 7 / 10 / 17 / 30 plus a 72-hour final grace period prevent mistaken delivery. See “Safety” for details.

This service is not a legal will. Messages created or delivered through this service have no legal effect, including inheritance, bequests, or the disposal of property.
